ADAM BERNSTEIN

Hello everyone! My name is Adam Bernstein. I'm a recent Harrington School of Communication and Media graduate at the University of Rhode Island. I now serve as a play-by-play board operator for SiriusXM Sports in New York City. My responsibilities as a board operator include running the soundboard for various live sports broadcasts across multiple SiriusXM channels and working with programs like Zetta, Galaxy, and Live Runner to ensure the broadcasts are run correctly.

I covered men's and women's athletics at Rhode Island with the student-run radio station 90.3 FM WRIU, ESPN+, and my podcast called Rhody Rumble on YouTube, which I started my sophomore year during COVID. My love for storytelling and passion for sports has led me to several opportunities in front of the camera and production. 

My work mainly consists of play-by-play and color commentary for basketball, baseball, softball, football, soccer, and volleyball, along with reporting, anchoring, and hosting experience. Additionally, I have landed internship jobs with Madison Square Garden, WLNE-TV ABC6, and, most recently, Mad Dog Sports Radio on SiriusXM. I've also contributed to FanSided for over four years as a member of Busting Brackets, Empire Writes Back, and GMENHQ.
